1. Change the Mindset

Get to know yourself. Maybe you always feel shy, nervous, and tend to be quiet if you are in a crowd. Try to find out why you are so careful or afraid. By knowing what makes you feel embarrassed, you can overcome it more quickly. Also, know that shyness is not personality, but rather an obstacle that blocks your journey.

Don't focus solely on what needs to be fixed, but also think about your strengths. Maybe all this time you tend to close yourself, but you also have a very good ability to observe others and understand them.

2. Develop your strength.

After knowing the abilities that are your strengths, continue to develop to make it even better. This method will increase feelings of worth and make you feel more confident.

3. Don't expect perfection.

Nobody is perfect. So you don't need to feel frustrated and don't let this affect your inner feelings. If left unchecked, frustration can cause insecurity and depression. Admit and value your strengths instead of just focusing on aspects that you need to improve.
